This policy explains what information LIFE collects when you use lifescc.com, talk to our chat assistant, book a consultation or visit one of our clinics — and what we do with it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal padding.
The short version. We collect what we need to contact you and care for you — your name, phone number, and what you want help with. We do not sell your information to anybody. We never see your card details. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to info@lifescc.com.
1. Who we are
LIFE Slimming and Cosmetic Pvt. Ltd. ("LIFE", "we", "us") operates lifescc.com and 11 clinics across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. 2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details — your name, mobile number, and email address if you provide one.
- What you need help with — the treatment or concern you select, your preferred branch, and your preferred call time.
- Health information you choose to share — height, weight, age, health goals, existing conditions, medications, and anything you tell our chat assistant or counsellor. You decide how much of this to share.
- Booking details — the consultation type, date and time you request.
- Job and franchise applications — your CV and the details on those forms, if you apply.
Information collected automatically
- Chat conversations. Conversations with the LIFE AI assistant are saved so our counsellors can help you properly and so we can improve the assistant. Transcripts are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically.
- Basic usage data — which pages you viewed, which advertisement or link brought you here, and general device information. We use this to understand which of our pages are useful.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel. Our pages include the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta that a visit or an enquiry happened so we can measure our advertising. This is subject to Meta's own privacy policy.
- Embedded maps and videos. Branch pages embed Google Maps, and some pages embed video. Those services may set their own cookies.
What we never collect
We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay on their own secure systems. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and a reference number.
3. Why we use it
- To call you back and arrange your consultation.
- To provide the treatment or advice you asked for, and to keep proper clinical records.
- To send your booking confirmation and discount coupon by WhatsApp and email.
- To let the branch you are visiting see your coupon and enquiry so they can help you at reception.
- To measure our advertising, so we spend on what actually reaches people who need us.
- To improve our chat assistant, using conversations in aggregate.
- To meet legal, tax and medical record-keeping obligations.
We do not use your health information for advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles from what you tell a counsellor or the chat assistant.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We share it only with:
- LIFE clinic staff — the doctors, dieticians and counsellors involved in your care, and the branch reception where you have a booking or coupon.
- Our internal clinic system — enquiries flow into our own patient management system so a counsellor can follow up.
- Razorpay — our payment gateway, for processing consultation fees.
- Communication providers — WhatsApp Business and our email provider, to deliver your confirmation and coupon.
- Meta — advertising measurement, as described above.
- Anthropic — our chat assistant runs on Claude. Your conversation is processed to generate replies.
- Authorities — where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it

6. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- Show you what personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Delete your data, except where we are legally required to keep clinical or financial records.
- Stop contacting you — withdraw your consent to calls, WhatsApp messages or emails.
- Complain if you think we have mishandled your information.
Write to info@lifescc.com with your request and the mobile number you gave us. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Keeping it safe
Our website runs over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to enquiry and patient records is restricted to staff who need it, each with their own login and permissions. Payment details never touch our systems. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously and act quickly if something goes wrong.
8. Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian involved. Treatment of a minor is arranged only with a parent or guardian present.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
