These terms apply when you use lifescc.com, book a consultation, talk to our chat assistant, or use a LIFE discount coupon. By using the site you accept them.

1. Who we are

lifescc.com is operated by LIFE Slimming and Cosmetic Pvt. Ltd., registered at 2nd Floor, Grand Sitara Hotel Building, Road No. 12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad 500034, with 11 clinics across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

2. Consultations and bookings

• An online consultation is ₹399. A dietician and clinical diet consultation is ₹999. Prices may change; the price shown when you book is what you pay.
• Paying reserves a slot. Our team contacts you to confirm the exact time.
• You must be 18 or older to book. A minor may only be treated with a parent or guardian present.
• Please give accurate information about your health. Advice based on incomplete or wrong information may be unsafe.
• Treatment costs beyond the consultation depend on your assessment and are quoted separately.
• Cancelling, rescheduling and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Treatment outcomes

Results vary from person to person. Weight, skin and hair outcomes depend on your body, your medical history, and how closely a plan is followed. Before-and-after images, reviews and case studies on this site show what some individuals achieved — they are not a promise of what you will achieve. No treatment is suitable for everyone, and suitability is decided only after a professional assessment. Where a treatment carries risks or side effects, these will be explained to you before you consent.

4. Discount coupons

Coupons issued on this website work as follows:

• Each coupon is personal to the named client and phone number on it, and cannot be transferred or sold.
• One coupon per phone number, and each coupon can be used once.
• Coupons apply only to eligible fees confirmed by LIFE after consultation. They cannot be applied to a consultation fee already paid.
• Coupons expire on the date printed on them. An expired coupon cannot be reinstated.
• Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or combined with another offer.
• If a client pays for a consultation after receiving a free-enquiry coupon, the higher-value coupon replaces the earlier one. Only one is valid.
• LIFE may withdraw or change coupon offers at any time. Coupons already issued remain valid until they expire.

5. The LIFE AI chat assistant

• The assistant provides general guidance and helps you book. It is not a doctor and does not diagnose.
• It can make mistakes. Anything important should be confirmed with our team.
• Conversations are saved for 90 days so our counsellors can help you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Do not share financial details, passwords or identity documents in the chat.

6. Payments

• Payments are processed by Razorpay. LIFE never sees or stores your card, UPI or bank details.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• If a payment fails but money leaves your account, contact us with the reference and we will trace and refund it.

7. Using this website

You agree not to:

• Submit false details, or book using someone else's identity or phone number.
• Attempt to break into, disrupt or scrape the website or our systems.
• Copy our text, photographs, videos or branding for your own use. All content on this site belongs to LIFE or is used with permission.
• Use the site for anything unlawful.

8. Other websites

We link to Google Maps, review sites and social platforms. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

9. Our liability

We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, LIFE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. This clause does not affect your rights in respect of the clinical care you receive from us.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
