Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers the consultation fees you pay on lifescc.com — ₹399 for an online consultation and ₹999 for a dietician and clinical diet consultation. Treatment packages purchased at a clinic are covered by the agreement you sign there, not by this page.
In short. Once you book, the consultation fee is not refunded — instead we reschedule you to a time that suits you. The one exception is if LIFE cannot deliver your consultation: then you choose a full refund or a new slot.
Rescheduling and refunds
The consultation fee is not refundable once you have booked. The slot is held for you and an expert's time is set aside. If you cannot attend, we do not keep your money and walk away — we move you to another time. Just tell us.

How to reschedule
Contact us by any of these, quoting the mobile number you booked with. There is no charge for moving your appointment:

How refunds are paid
Where a refund does apply — LIFE cancelling, or a duplicate payment:
- Refunds go back to the same method you paid with — we cannot pay to a different card or account.
- Approved refunds are processed within 2 working days and typically reach you within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
- We refund the full amount you paid. We do not deduct a handling charge.
- If a refund has not arrived after 7 working days, contact us with your payment reference and we will chase it.
What is not refundable
- Any booked consultation — whether you attend, cancel or miss it. We reschedule you instead.
- A consultation that has already taken place. Once you have spoken to the doctor or dietician, the service has been delivered.
- Treatment packages, products or courses bought at a clinic — these follow the terms you agreed at the clinic.
- Discount coupons. They carry no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
An important note on outcomes. The consultation fee pays for the professional time, assessment and advice of a qualified expert. It is not a guarantee of any particular result. Medical outcomes vary between individuals, and a refund is not available on the basis that results differed from what you hoped for. If you are unhappy with the quality of a consultation, please tell us — we take that seriously and will review it.
If something has gone wrong
If you are unhappy with how a refund or cancellation was handled, write to info@lifescc.com with your booking reference. We acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and aim to resolve them within 7.
